In the past, we have repeatedly reported on our participation in the digitization award “Zukunft. School. Digital.” award from the fischer group of companies. Now, the project has developed into a unique school partnership over three years with the 2020 winner – Otto Hahn High School in Nagold. Together, future-oriented model projects are being created in which students of all grades are also prepared for the digital transformation in the professional and working world. Prof. Klaus Fischer supports the many joint activities and thus the Otto Hahn Gymnasium in the period from 2021 – 2024 with a total of 60,000 euros, which creates an enormous potential for development and realization. “Today’s students are the future economic actors of our country. We need to share our knowledge with future generations and promote innovative ideas in order to remain competitive in the future with rapid developments in the field of digitalization as a society and in companies,” emphasizes Prof. Fischer. Numerous joint projects are already being planned and implemented. A core team with representatives of the fischer group of companies and gannaca, as well as with the school principal and responsible teachers*, has already defined the first milestones of the model project. The centerpiece of the joint “Digital Partner School” project is the establishment of a “Digital House” where all topics, workshops and joint work take place. The focus is on digitization, but also on artificial intelligence, sustainability and internationalization. The thematic focus is to be on the transformation of the professional and working world in the digital modern age.
